“When my colleague told me about this course, I was amazed because such a profession doesn’t exist in my country (Romania). I became extremely interested, and immediately knew that this course would improve my chances of getting a job in a field I really like.
From the very first day in the classroom, I discovered a wonderful person – who was my course tutor. I had all the support needed to finish both courses and get my certificates. A bonus for me was the free creche facilities provided by the Children’s Centre.
All aspects of the training were excellent, having fun while learning was something new to me and my confidence grew. In addition, the guidance and career support received during and after the course were helpful to prepare us for employment.
I have now been working in the same school for 4 years as a Teaching Assistant and in June I was offered a permanent contract.
