Funded by European Integration Fund, Teaching and Learning English (TALE) was a pre-departure project in Sylhet, Bangladesh that provided an innovative approach to ESOL teaching, learning and teacher training and establish a sustainable model of good practice
Key project statistics
Over 90 women attended ESOL courses in and around Sylhet, receiving support from local women in developing their skills and confidence in English, and in preparing to settle and actively participate in the UK.
25 teachers were trained and 23 received accreditation.
